ABOUT VIPICO
Precision Optoelectronic Measurement for Engineering Innovation
Beijing VIPICO Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (VIPICO) develops vibration-test instruments, integrated systems and structural-dynamics measurement solutions for research and industrial applications.
OUR FOCUS
Built Around Measurable, Calibratable and Repeatable Results
VIPICO focuses on non-contact laser vibrometry, high-precision dynamic signal acquisition and modal analysis. We work from requirement definition and system configuration through commissioning, data analysis and result delivery, keeping the measurement conditions and engineering objective visible throughout the project.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
From Non-Contact Acquisition to Structural-Dynamics Insight
Our portfolio covers single-point and full-field vibration acquisition, synchronized multi-channel measurement, natural-frequency testing, modal parameter identification and mode-shape visualization.
Scanning Laser Vibrometers
Automated non-contact acquisition and spatial vibration visualization for complex structures and dense measurement grids.
Multifunction Laser Vibrometers
Laser vibration measurement combined with complementary sensing and configurable acquisition for laboratory and industrial tasks.
Natural-Frequency Systems
Automated excitation, response acquisition and analysis for natural frequency, damping and related dynamic properties.
Online Non-Contact Monitoring
Continuous response measurement, trend analysis and condition-oriented monitoring without sensor mass loading.
Modal Measurement Systems
Synchronized acquisition, modal identification, mode-shape display and test-to-model correlation.
TECHNICAL CHAIN
Measurement and Analysis Designed as One Workflow
Non-Contact Measurement and Dynamic Acquisition
Laser vibrometry reduces the influence of sensor mass and supports miniature components, thin-walled structures, MEMS devices, large equipment and targets that are difficult to instrument.
- Single-point and spatial response acquisition
- Synchronized multi-channel signals
- Automated scanning and point planning
- Signal-quality review and traceable records
Modal Identification and Result Interpretation
VIPICO analysis software supports established identification methods including LSCF and EFDD for structural dynamics and test-result visualization.
- Natural-frequency and damping identification
- Mode-shape visualization
- ODS, OMA and EMA workflows
- Test and finite-element model correlation
RESEARCH & PROJECT COLLABORATION
Experience Developed Through Applied Engineering Collaboration
VIPICO maintains collaboration with research teams working in aero-engine vibration and control at Northeastern University and has participated in projects with institutions including Fudan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Shenyang Aerospace University.
Publicly described project areas include modal measurement and analysis, intelligent fault detection and predictive maintenance, vibration and noise evaluation, and customized vibration-engineering solutions for noise and vibration reduction.
Start with the Real Measurement Conditions
Share the target, stand-off distance, frequency range and expected output so we can evaluate the appropriate instrument and implementation path.
